Shooting Past The Days

I can't remember the last time I had enough time to post twice within a week - I could happily get used to not having any work to do! Today I even had time to try getting some more photos shot so I could help build up a work portfolio. It's crazy; I've always thought I'd stick to english and journalism, yet I can't help but feel I want to try getting into photography, which could always lead to a choice I'd take at university. So, I decided to get my tripod out to take some self-portrait images, and after editing them all evening, I thought I'd share them with you guys on here! I must admit, I really cannot stand editing photos of myself and so I'm hoping to contact people to see if they'd like any shoots with me. I'm so hoping to get out there soon and photograph different people - even if I never do take a photographic path, I do love just taking photos! How've you guys been spending your week?

Summer Days

I have finally bid a not-so-sad adieu to revision and school for a couple of weeks, which luckily coincided with the lovely weather we've been having! Heather and I thought we'd take advantage of the sun and dust off our cameras. We were actually planning on trying out some levitation photos, but the stools we lagged about for them came in more use to sit outside the newsagents eating ice cream! It was still lovely to have a wonder through the fields, however, and the blue sky meant I didn't have to spend fifteen minutes looking for ladder-less tights. I seem to even to be making a habit of wearing my tops back to front at the moment; like April's post, I ended up wearing my wrap top the same way! It's one (odd) way of getting my tops to have a high cut! How're you guys making the most out of the summer rays?
