H&M + Versace = Yes, Please!

Ah, okay. I'll be truthful; when I first heard the news of another collaboration, I wasn't too excited about it. Designer collections for high street stores seem be pretty common, and I've never found that they've lived up to my expectations! However, on seeing the collection H&M and Versace will be bringing out in just under a week, my anticipation was raised all over again. The typical Versace trademarks are definitely in the range, and their signature bold prints and metallic details are just what I'd have hoped for.

And I must admit, I'm a little bit head-over-heels for that black, metallic-studded skirt! Oh, but at around £70, it'll take me awhile to be able to afford it. I think that's my only problem with these designer collaborations - whilst they're so much cheaper in high street collaborations, they're still a hefty price for students (well, I find it's like that anyway!). So, although I do drool over some of these pieces, I can't honestly see myself handing any of them over the counter any time soon. Sigh.

What do you guys think about the collection?

Lazy Sunday!

Scarf - Vintage, Brooch - Camden Market (£5) - Dress & Leather Leggings - Topshop (£15 & £22) - Knee Highs - Dune (£56)

I've only had one week back at school after the half-term holiday, and it already feels like an eternity away! If only I was warned sooner that 'a levels' translates into 'never ending mountain of work'. So, unfortunately, I haven't been out much this weekend, and mainly stayed indoors analysing Oscar Wilde...such fun!
But I know I haven't posted in awhile - I've missed you guys! - and thought I'd blog a quick hello and my lazy Sunday outfit. The boots were a little addition, after buying them the other day at only £56, and I had to share them. They're so comfortable, and I've been needing some nice winter wedges, yet the grips on the bottom don't look too secure for the snowy weather that's on it's way - I'll have to see if I can make it round on them then!
The bucking bronco is a cute, little find I saw at Camden Market when I went down to London last week. It was only a fiver, and I just love small details to finish off an outfit, and bought it straight away!
Another little purchase I made was this pair of feathery hair clips that you can see, and at one pound from Primark, I couldn't see a reason not to buy them! How about you guys, any nifty buys you've made recently?

Hope you have a lovely week, and it's back to Wilde and Dorian Gray for me...just try holding me back!
